This set of natural, wooden people is excellent for open ended play. These darker coloured Omni People are made from Acacia wood, and are treated with natural vegetable oil. The set of wooden people includes 12 natural pieces and various sizes. These wooden people are an open ended resource which develops creativity, language, imagination and fine motor skills. The largest piece measures 9.5cm high. As these wooden people have no facial features, they can be used for play in endless ways. Also suitable for child therapy, as children can overlay their emotions onto these faceless, wooden people. Supplied in a calico bag. Suitable for children from the age of 3 years. Role play helps children to develop language and communication skills. It develops and promotes creativity and imagination. Dramatic and imaginative play also encourages children to become more confident and develop a stronger sense of identity.
