Description

The yoga mat is great for yoga or a multitude of uses in the physical education and classroom environment. The mat easily rolls or folds out for quick set up and it is easy to pack away for compact storage. It is made of soft shock absorbent foam that is 3mm in thickness. The textured surface of the mat provides grip for the hands and feet to maintain positions and poses.

The mat can be used for yoga or pilates or it can be used as a stretch mat or warm up mat. The yoga mat can also be used for a soft floor covering for children to sit on when doing classroom reading or social activities. A great way to encourage stretch, relaxation, or general quiet time for personal space. A useful resource for the classroom environment for indoor or outdoor use. Can provide added comfort with some insulation from a cold surface for children.

These mats are easy to wipe clean and are quick to dry allowing multiple classes or students to use these. The yoga mats easily roll up to be put away which makes storage easy and efficient.
